| Robert
Hanlon |
|
|

|
Born and bred in Coldstream, singer Bobby Hanlon first
met George at the Hirsel Golf Club where they were both members
and where he first learnt of NEPAC and Georges' Last Night of the
Proms. Together with friends from Coldstream, he attended the Proms
concert for the first time in October 2002. and was inspired by
the whole event. Through a mutual friend he made contact with Rosalynde
to say that his ambition had always been to perform on the 'big'
stage with a leading orchestra and "to do so would be the realisation
of an unfulfilled dream".
